We follow through with our commitments to customers and fully guarantee all of our work.
Ownership can come with lots of surprises, but our industry-leading Extended Service Agreement is designed to help combat those surprises and help you enjoy home or commercial building ownership to the fullest. This includes inspections at least once every six months as well as related or required maintenance. This service includes roofing systems and structures that were installed as new construction or re-roofed by Pioneer Roofing or, after an inspection, roofing systems completed by others.
The uniqueness of our Extended Service Agreement is that the cost includes all required labor and materials at no additional expense.
